Preparation: One teaspoon per person, let it brew in freshly boiled water for 3-5 mins (longer is stronger). Can drink hot or chilled. Add a teaspoon of honey and an extra squeeze of lemon for extra zing and sweetness. Also great as an iced tea with a sprig of fresh mint.
