Online Orders & Delivery
We offer online ordering via email for either pick-up
or state-wide delivery.
To place an online order, please follow these simple steps:
Enter the email subject line as: ‘Online order’ with your name.
Refer to our product lists below and send us your shopping list, including quantities and if you have a preference for organic. We also need your name and contact details. Due to high demand, we would appreciate 24 hours notice for online orders.
Let us know if you would like to pick up your order up, have us deliver it to you or arrange your own courier.

Our team will contact you to confirm details including any possible substitutes where necessary. We will then carefully pack your order for you. There will be a small fee to help cover our costs, including staff to pick and pack your order:
Pick up orders under $50: 10% picking & packing fee
Pick up orders $50 and over: $5 picking & packing fee
Home delivery orders: $10 includes picking, packing & delivery (we will do our best to make this available state-wide, however some deliveries may incur a higher rate. Excludes large bulk orders with multiple items over 5kg (eg. large flour bags or full sacks of grain) - please contact us to discuss).

We will do our best to get your order ready within 24 hours, but under some circumstances it may take a little longer. When your order is ready we will contact you to arrange payment. Please note that we only take payment over the phone and do not store any credit card details whatsoever.
A Eumarrah Membership is required for all online orders. We can sign you up for free with your name, phone number, and postal address - sign up online, in-store or over the phone. The membership comes with a 5% discount for in-store shopping for most non-perishables (discount does not apply to online orders).
Please note, due to availability issues, product limits & restrictions may apply from time to time without prior notice. Best care is taken while packing your order, however we do not take responsibility for external courier and postage delivery. When packing bulk items, we try our best to pack to the requested quantity, however sometimes this quantity may slightly vary.

Current Product Lists
Delivery & Pick Up
Inner city orders (Hobart CBD, West Hobart, North Hobart, Newtown, South Hobart & Lower Sandy Bay) can be delivered Monday - Friday by Shifter Cargo Bicycle Courier.
At this stage, our Eumarrah van is delivering orders to Hobart and surrounds on Wednesdays and Fridays after 2pm.
For areas outside of central Hobart, a courier delivery can be arranged statewide. Some more remote areas may be outside the courier delivery area, and Australia Post rates will apply. We are happy to discuss alternative delivery options, and you are welcome to organise your own courier. Perishable items are available for local delivery only, unless prior arrangement has been made.
You can also pick up your order anytime during our opening hours (9am - 5pm, Monday - Saturday) upon receiving confirmation that your order is ready. You are more than welcome to arrange a friend or family member to collect on your behalf, and if requested, we can also bring your order out to the front of the shop for you.
Inner city orders can be delivered by the Eumarrah car Monday - Friday.
You are welcome to organise your own Courier Delivery (at your cost) for areas outside of central Launceston. We are happy to discuss alternative delivery options. Perishable items are available for local delivery only, unless prior arrangement has been made.
You can also pick up your order anytime during our opening hours (9am - 6pm, Monday - Friday, 9am - 3pm Saturday) upon receiving confirmation that your order is ready.

The Eumarrah Warehouse handles wholesale enquiries and sales, which are classified as:
- Businesses buying commercial quantities for re-sale, education or manufacturing (eg. shops, cafes, restaurants, schools, co-ops)
- Individuals buying very large quantities greater than the retail stores can supply
