A STRONG BAKING FLOUR

Bakers Unbleached Plain White Flour is milled specifically for baking. Its especially good for bread making, but also makes a great all-purpose flour. Its classed as a strong flour which has a higher protein and gluten content than plain flour. This means that it holds well when used in baked goods.

HOW TO USE

> Ideal for bread making, pizza dough, pasta making and baked goods.

> As this is a plain flour, its necessary to add a raising agent, such as yeast or baking powder, when baking or using a recipe that needs self-raising flour.

Product should last up to 6 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area.
