How do I use the bulk refill section?

We encourage you to bring your own reusable jars or containers to refill from our large range of bulk self serve products. You can buy as little or as much as you like!

The process is simple:

1. Weigh your clean jar/container on our scales in the bulk section, and write on the weight of the container with the pen provided. Please ask a staff member if you need assistance.
2. Refill your container from our wide selection of bulk products.
3. Pay for your shopping at the tills - we will weigh the filled container and remove the weight of the container from the total amount.

If you forget your own containers, we have donated reusable jars (sterilised) and recyclable brown paper bags for you to use instead. Thank-you for being planet-friendly!
