TRADITIONALLY FOR RISOTTO
Arborio rice grains create a light and fluffy texture that absorbs flavours perfectly.
HOW TO USE
> Traditionally used for risotto, but also delicious in soups and pilaf, paella or creamy rice pudding.
> Cook: To cook for risotto, heat a little oil and butter in a pan. Sautee onion and garlic, and then add rice grains. Move around pan a few minutes until rice is translucent. Add 1 1/2 cups hot stock or water, simmer and stir until liquid is absorbed. Continue adding stock and stirring until creamy and tender (approx 15min). 1 cup rice to 1 1/2 cups water.
Product should last up to 24 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area.
