ALSO KNOWN AS ALMOND FLOUR
Made from Australian almonds that have been lightly blanched to remove the skin and then ground. It has a finer texture than natural almond meal.
HOW TO USE
> Use as a grain-free, gluten-free flour in baking or as a thickening agent. Blanched almond meal is especially ideal for shortbread and lighter cake recipes.
> Add to smoothies and porridge, or sprinkle over muesli or yoghurt. Combine with breadcrumbs for a tasty topping for pasta and bakes.
Product should last up to 12 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area.
