WHOLEMEAL ALMOND FLOUR
Made from Australian almonds that have been air-dried and ground with the skin on for extra fibre and flavour. It has a nuttier flavour and coarser texture than blanched almond meal. High in protein.
HOW TO USE
> Use as a grain-free, gluten-free flour in baking or as a thickening agent.
> Add to smoothies and porridge, or sprinkle over muesli or yoghurt. Combine with breadcrumbs for a tasty topping for pasta and bakes.
Product should last up to 12 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area.
