ALSO KNOWN AS ARROWROOT FLOUR OR STARCH
An easily digested starch obtained from the tropical arrowroot plant. Its useful for baking, desserts and as a thickener. Naturally gluten and grain free, with a neutral flavour.
HOW TO USE
> A great thickener for giving a clear or glossy finish to sauces, gravies, soups and puddings. Can also be used in baked goods.
> Makes a great substitute for corn flour, and can be used in place of pectin and citric acid in jam making.
> Use as a binder to replace eggs.
Product should last up to 12 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area.
