Traditionally used to make a variety of Indian breads (roti, naan, chapatti) and savouries.
HOW TO USE
> Make chapatti - the basic chapatti dough recipe uses 1/3 cup lukewarm water per cup flour. Add a small amount of oil for smoother rolling. You can also add spices such as coriander, pepper or curry powder.
Product should last up to 3 months if stored airtight in a cool dark area.
