A SWEET NUTTY FLAVOUR
Use in sweet and savoury dishes - soups, casseroles, stir-fries, salads, sweets. You can also sprout and eat raw.
HOW TO USE
> In Japanese cuisine adzuki beans are used to make red bean paste.
> Soak: Rinse and soak 1-2 hours.
> Cook: Put in pot with cold water (no salt). Bring to boil, then simmer 40min till tender. 1 cup beans to 4 cups water.
Product should last up to 24 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area.
