This barley bran is made from locally grown Australian barley. Its made by separating the bran layer from the kernel to form small flakes. Barley is one of the oldest cultivated grains, and has a mild and nutty flavour. Its low fat and high in protein and fibre.
HOW TO USE
> Enjoy as a breakfast cereal with milk of your choice, or sprinkle over yoghurt or fruit for extra fibre.
> Great in baking, muffins, biscuits and cakes. Also perfect for using instead of breadcrumbs!
