A SWEET BANANA TREAT
Bananas are picked in the mature green stage, dipped in a sugar and honey mix and then fried. They are crispy with a sweet banana flavour.
HOW TO USE
> Perfect to snack on as is, and great in lunchboxes and trail mix.
