Borlotti Beans have a lovely nutty chestnut flavour, and great creamy texture. They are popular in Italian and Portuguese cuisine, and also pair well with spicy Indian flavours.
HOW TO USE
> Perfect in soups, casseroles, veggie burgers, salads and dips. Taste great in curries and spiced dishes.
> Soak: Rinse and soak for 4-6 hours.
> Cook: Bring to boil and simmer for about 30-40min or until tender. 1 cup beans to 2 cups water.
Product should last up to 24 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area. Older beans take longer to cook.
