Chana Besan is a flour is made from finely milled Indian style dried chickpeas, and has a delicious nutty flavour. Its widely used in Indian cuisine for breads, pastries, poppadums and pakoras.
HOW TO USE
> Great as a grain free thickener and binder in savoury recipes. Perfect for binding veggie burgers or fritters.
> Make Indian pakoras, poppadums, breads and pastries. It also makes a great light batter for frying.
> Use to make the delicious Italian flatbread/crêpe called Farinata.
Product should last up to 12 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area.
