HOW TO USE
> Great in salads, soups, hot pots, stews, fritters, wraps, dips and spicy dishes.
> Soak: Rinse, but no soaking required.
> Cook: Bring to boil and simmer for about 60-90 min or until tender. 1 cup beans to 3 cups water.
Product should last up to 18 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area.
