EASY TO COOK MILD, EARTHY & NUTTY FLAVOURED LENTILS
A delicious and convenient lentil that is easy to cook and remains whole when done. A great source of protein, as well as potassium, selenium and iron.
HOW TO USE
> Delicious in salads, burgers, wraps, dips, soups, hot pots, curries and hearty broths. Can also be sprouted.
> Use in place of meat in Shepherds Pie or Spaghetti Bolognese.
> Soak: Rinse, but no soaking required.
> Cook: Bring to boil and simmer for about 30-40min or until tender. 1 cup lentils to 3 cups water.
Product should last up to 24 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area.
