A GREAT SOURCE OF PROTEIN
Also known as Mushy Peas. Very high in protein, and a rich source of dietary fibre. A healthy addition to soups, stews, curries and casseroles. Can also be sprouted and eaten fresh.
HOW TO USE
> Great for sprouting - delicious added to salads.
> Add to soups, stews, curries and casseroles for a hearty flavour and texture. Also good to use when fresh peas are unavailable.
> Soak: Rinse and soak overnight.
> Cook: Bring to boil, simmer for 60-90min or till tender. 1 cup peas to 3 cups water.
Product should last up to 18 months if stored airtight in a cool dark area.
