NATURALLY SWEET & NUTTY GLUTINOUS BLACK RICE
A glutinous rice popular in desserts. It contains more fibre, iron and protein than regular rice, and has a low glycemic index (GI). Cooked grains become sweet, sticky and aromatic.
HOW TO USE
> Perfect for puddings, especially Mango Sticky Rice. Delicious combined with coconut cream and tropical fruits. Can also be used for some savoury uses.
> Soak: Rinse and soak overnight.
> Cook: Best steamed, or boil for about 30min till tender. 1 cup rice to 2 cups water.
Product should last up to 24 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area.
