A GREAT RICH COLOUR & FLAVOUR
Black sesame seeds have a more robust flavour than white sesame seeds. They are very versatile and can be used raw or toasted, in savoury or sweet recipes. Full of manganese, copper and a great source of calcium, magnesium, zinc and fibre.
HOW TO USE
> Great added to baking, crackers, muffins, cookies, muesli bars, raw treats, bread, crumb mix, salads and stir-fries. Can also be sprinkled over smoothies and cereals.
> An important ingredient in Middle Eastern Zaatar spice mix.
> Grind to make delicious fresh black tahini.
Product should last up to 18 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area.
