HOW TO USE
> Use in soups, stews, hot pots, bakes, salads (makes a yummy tabouli), and as a nutritious breakfast porridge. Also good served with curries and stir-fries, in place of rice.
> Cooked and cooled, it can also be added as a gut-friendly addition to smoothies and shakes.
> Can be ground into a flour for baking.
> Cook: Bring to the boil and simmer for around 45min or until tender. 1 cup barley to 3 cups water.
Product should last up to 12 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area.
