Very high in protein, a rich source of fibre. Use in salads, soups, mash, dips and spreads. Broad Beans belong to the same family as Faba/Fava Beans.
HOW TO USE
> Soak: Overnight, or quick soak (boil 30min, soak 30min)
> Cook: Bring to boil and simmer for 45min till tender. 1 cup beans to 4 cups water.
Product should last up to 18 months if stored airtight in a cool dark area.
