IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF BREAD BAKING

Bread Improver is a combination of emulsifiers and raising agents that improve the quality of bread baking, assisting with dough tolerance and a golden crust. It creates a better crumb, softer loaf whilst maximising oven spring and volume.

HOW TO USE

> Add to bread making - can be used with all flour types.

Product should last up to 6 months if stored airtight in a cool dark area.
