CERTIFED ORGANIC BRAZIL NUTS
These organic brazil nuts are sustainably grown in Brazil. Brazil nuts are not actually nuts, but the seed of the South American Brazil Nut tree! They have a rich and creamy flavour, and firm texture. Very high in selenium, just two nuts provide your daily RDI. They also contain plenty of protein, essential minerals, and healthy fats. Can be used in sweet and savoury dishes.
HOW TO USE
> Great on their own as a healthy snack, or a yummy addition to trail mix.
> Roughly chop and add to muesli, porridge, desserts, fruit bread and baking.
> Can also be ground in pesto or tossed through salads.
> Grind into fresh nut butter, or soak raw and use to make nut mylk. They can also be used to make a vegan cheese.
> Delicious lightly toasted!
Product should last up to 12 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area.
