USED IN THE PRODUCTION OF BEER AND BREAD
Made from Saccharomyces cerevisiae, a one-celled fungus. It has a strong aroma and bitter taste. Also used as a nutritional supplement, and is a source of B vitamins. Its a probiotic and can be used to aid digestion.
HOW TO USE
> Add 1 - 2 teaspoons to smoothies, fruit juice or milk.
> Use in beer and bread recipes, and sprinkle on top of porridge.
Product should last up to 12 months if stored airtight in a cool, dry dark area.
