The grains in this pasta are grown by Australian farmers and stone ground in Gunnedah (NSW) by Wholegrain Milling Co. The flour is mixed with a sourdough culture and long fermented to improve digestibility. A versatile Australian pasta, perfect for all your favourite dishes.

HOW TO USE

> Delicious served with your favourite sauce, in a bake or included in soups and stews.

Cook: Add pasta to boiling water with a little salt, cook uncovered for about 8-10min or until al dente.

Product should last up to 12 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area.
