A DEEPER DARKER TAHINI
Unhulled black tahini is a pure paste made by stone milling unhulled black sesame seeds. It has a darker, richer colour and flavour than regular tahini, and more tang than the hulled version. Its extremely versatile and can be used in a range of recipes, or simply eaten as is! High in protein and calcium.
HOW TO USE
> Make a dark hummus! Blend with cooked chickpeas, lemon juice, olive oil and garlic - so easy! Works well added to other dips too.
> Great on its own drizzled over pita breads, souvlaki, wraps, falafel or vegetables. Can also be used as a spread in place of butter.
> Use to make tasty tangy salad dressings and sauces. Also amazing in desserts, energy balls, slices, biscuits and cakes.
> Works well in halva or homemade chocolate.
