VERSATILE & FULL OF FLAVOUR
Ideal for Mexican or South American dishes. Part of the kidney bean family.
HOW TO USE
> Add to salads, soups, chilli, hot pots, burritos, tacos or turn into burger patties. Use mashed beans in dips or as refried beans.
> Soak: Rinse and soak 6 hours or overnight.
> Cook: Bring to boil and simmer for about 45-60min. 1 cup beans to 4 cups water.
Product should last up to 18 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area.
