DELICIOUS CERTIFIED ORGANIC RAW CASHEWS
These raw whole cashews have been grown organically and blanched to remove the outer skin. They have a lovely creamy flavour and are rich in nutrients. Raw cashews have a softer texture than roasted nuts, and so can be used in a few different ways, both sweet and savoury.
HOW TO USE
> Great for snacking as they are (or toasted), or added to trail mix.
> Add to muesli, baking, desserts, raw recipes, smoothies, salads and stir-fries. Also great for curries and making peanut-free satay sauce, or used to make pesto and dips.
> Can be soaked and blended to a smooth paste and used for sauces, vegan cheese, cream and nut mylk!
> Can be ground into yummy fresh cashew butter.
Product should last up to 12 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area.
