Cacao paste is from cacao nibs which have been naturally fermented, dried, ground and solidified into a paste. Rich flavour and aroma, a natural source of antioxidants.
HOW TO USE
> Wonderful in homemade chocolate, raw treats, baking, desserts, or in savoury dishes.
> Add to smoothies, grate over breakfast bowls, or use to make a spicy Aztec style hot chocolate (Xocolatl).
Product should last up to 18 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area.
