A THICKENING AGENT EXTRACTED FROM CITRUS
A nutritional fibre source extracted from citrus peel. The main use for pectin is as a gelling and thickening agent, and stabiliser. Its also known to have beneficial antioxidant properties.
HOW TO USE
> Use to set jellies, jams and marmalades.
> Can also be use to stabilise mayonnaise or thicken homemade yoghurt or kefir.
Product should last up to 12 months if stored airtight in a cool dark area.
