QUICK & CREAMY COCONUT MILK
Fresh coconut milk is extracted from the kernel, dried and ground into a fine powder. A delicious coconut flavour and aroma. When mixed with water it makes a creamy coconut milk. A quick, easy and convenient way to always have coconut milk in the pantry. Use as a liquid or powder in recipes.
HOW TO USE
> Add 4 Tbsp of powder to 1 cup water and stir until combined.
> Add liquid or powder directly to smoothies and juices, beverages, baking, soups, curries, stir-fries and hot pots. Use anywhere you would a can of coconut milk!
> Perfect for making yummy coconut yoghurt.

Product should last up to 6 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area.
