Made by roasting the cacao beans, differing from cacao powder which is made from the raw beans.
HOW TO USE
> Make a delicious hot chocolate or add to coffee for mocha
> Use in baking and lovely for dusting energy balls and cakes. Try adding a little to fruit cake recipes!
Product should last up to 18 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area.
