ALSO KNOWN AS DEODORISED OIL - A TASTELESS COCONUT OIL
Refined expeller pressed coconut oil is more neutral in taste, with less coconut flavour and odour, which allows for more versatile uses. It is more refined and has a higher smoke point than extra virgin coconut oil, which makes it more suitable for higher temperature frying - stir-frying and deep frying. Remaining solid at room temperature, coconut oil can be used for any cooking method, and in both sweet and savoury recipes.
HOW TO USE
> Use in dishes where you dont want to taste a coconut flavour, while still maintaining the benefits of coconut oil. Excellent for frying, deep-frying, roasting and high-heat baking.
> Can also be used for popcorn, dressings, sauces, in soups and curries, or as a replacement for butter or oil in baking or bread making.
> Use for skin and hair care as a moisturiser.
