This organic coconut oil can be used in a wide variety of ways, and is very heat stable. It has been processed using a cold-press expeller and is certified organic. Remaining solid at room temperature, coconut oil has a subtle coconut flavour and aroma. It can be used for any cooking method, and in both sweet and savoury recipes.
HOW TO USE
> Use for all types of cooking, including frying, giving your dishes a very slight coconut flavour.
> Great used for dressings, stir-frying, roasting and in soups and curries.
> It can replace butter or oil in baking or bread making. Also great in desserts and raw treats, smoothies, homemade chocolate and for popcorn making.
> Use for skin and hair care as a moisturiser.
Product should last up to 12 months if stored in an airtight container in a dry, cool dark area.
