Tri Colour Pearl Couscous brings a rich texture and colour that offers a slightly different spin on your regular couscous. These large couscous pearls are nutty and chewy with a yummy flavour that offers a great alternative to rice or pasta.
HOW TO USE
> Great as the centrepiece for your dishes or as a side, in salads and with pasta sauces. Use in place of rice and in tagines and soups.
Cook: Add couscous to boiling water or broth, cover and simmer for 10-15min or until tender. Drain and serve.
Product should last up to 12 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area.
