MADE FROM FINELY MILLED DURUM WHEAT
Couscous is very quick and easy to prepare. It absorbs flavours easily and can be used for sweet or savoury dishes.
HOW TO USE
> Ideal as a side for stew, curry and hotpots. Also great in a salad with roast vegetables.
> As a sweet variation, toss with nuts, dried fruit, cinnamon and nutmeg, and drizzle with honey or maple syrup.
> Cook: Add 1 cup couscous to 1 cup boiling water or broth. Leave couscous to swell, covered for around 5min or until tender. Fluff with a fork to serve.
Product should last up to 12 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area.
