FRESH BAKERS YEAST
The yeast is cultivated from a strain of Saccharomyces Cerevisae.
HOW TO USE
> Use for bread making, croissants and other fermented baking products.
> 10g of fresh yeast = 1 tsp dried yeast (comes in a cube approx 50g)
