A VERSATILE ANCIENT FRUIT
Dates are believed to have originated in the Middle East, and have been enjoyed for thousands of years. They have a sweet flavour and a slightly chewy texture. Dates contain several vitamins and minerals, and are high in fibre and antioxidants. Can be used in sweet and savoury dishes.
