HOW TO USE

> Bath: Add 2 cups (about 475g) to a hot bath and soak in the bath for at least 20 minutes. Great for easing muscles and soothing the mind, while soaking up essential magnesium and minerals.

> Foot Soak: Add 1/4 cup salt to warm water and soak your feet.

> Exfoliant: place a tablespoon of Epsom Salts in your hand, dampen with water and massage into your skin.

> Can also be used in the garden to boost growth and mineral uptake.
