These beans have a range of different names as theyve been grown for centuries by many different cultures! Faba Beans belong to the same family as Broad Beans, but are smaller. High in protein, and a rich source of dietary fibre.
HOW TO USE
> Great as a mash, and as a dip or spread. Add to soups, stews, falafel mix and salads.
> Soak: Rinse and soak 10 hours or overnight.
> Cook: Bring to boil and simmer on low for about 2-3 hours. 1 cup beans to 4 cups water.
Product should last up to 18 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area.
