A QUICK, EASY & TASTY PRE-MIX
A yummy blend of legumes and spices. Use for making balls, burgers or coating on tofu/fish/meats. Great in a pita bread.
HOW TO USE
> For every 100g dry falafel mix, combine with 50ml water. Shape into small balls (add more water if too dry or more mix if too sticky). Rest 15min before frying or baking.
Product should last up to 24 months if stored airtight in a cool dark area.
