AN ANCIENT VARIETY OF WHEAT RELATED TO SPELT

A highly nutritious ancient wholegrain with a rich, slightly sweet, nutty flavour and firm chewy bite. The hulled whole grain is grown in Australia.

HOW TO USE

> Great alternative to rice, plus perfect in salads or as a risotto. Can also be used in place of wheat. As it doesnt go soft when boiled, its perfect in soups and hot pots. Suitable for grinding to make fresh flour.

> Cook: Quick and easy to cook. Rinse grains. Bring to boil and simmer until tender. Unsoaked it will take 30-35min on the stove-top, pre-soaked it will take 10-15min. 1 cup farro to 2 3/4 cups water.

Product should last up to 24 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area.
