A DELICIOUS VARIETY OF FIG
These Lerida figs are deliciously plump and juicy. 'Lerida' figs get their name from the packing process, whereby the dried fruit is hand shaped into a flat disc and then packaged. They are rich in fibre and are packed full of nutrients. A good energy food.
HOW TO USE
> Great on their own as a healthy snack, or a yummy addition to trail mix.
> The perfect addition to cheese platters when entertaining. Pair well with nuts.
> Add to cereals, porridge, baking, fruit bread and muesli bars.
> Also great added to curries, stews, preserves and pickles.
> Can be stewed or soaked.
Product should last up to 12 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area.
