LARGE & JUICY AUSTRALIAN MEDJOOL DATES
The Medjool variety of date is very popular, and these Australian grown ones are delicious! Medjool dates are large, soft and moist with a full fruity flavour. They are packed with vitamins, minerals, fibre and antioxidants. Dates are believed to have originated in the Middle East, and have been enjoyed for thousands of years.
HOW TO USE
> Tasty for snacking as they are (try stuffed with nut butter!) or add to lunch boxes. Perfect on a platter for entertaining.
> Often used as a sweetener in raw treats. Their stickiness makes them a great binder.
> Chop up, pit and add to smoothies for sweetness.
> Delicious chopped and added to energy balls, muesli, porridge, baking, fruit bread and puddings.
