THE NATURAL PROTEIN FOUND IN WHEAT & RELATED SPECIES
Bake bread with a lighter crumb and greater volume. Especially good for bread made with whole grain flours. A small amount added to yeast bread recipes improves the dough texture and elasticity.
HOW TO USE
> For a lighter loaf, add 1 tsp of gluten per cup of flour. Sift well through the flour to ensure an even texture.
> Use to make your own seitan, a vegetarian meat substitute.
> Use as a binder for veggie burgers, meatballs and meatloaf.
Product should last up to 18 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area.
