USE AS A THICKENER, BINDER OR EMULSIFIER

Made from dried guar beans. Use in sweet or savoury recipes and baked goods. Does not need to be heated to thicken, so its great for cold dishes.

HOW TO USE

> Use in gluten free or vegan recipes, including dairy-free desserts and salad dressings.

> Ideal for thickening sauces, soups & desserts. Add to baking to improve texture & binding.

> To prevent clumping, lightly sprinkle onto liquid while whisking until combined.

Product should last up to 18 months if stored airtight in a cool dark area.
