FINELY GROUND HAZELNUTS ALSO KNOWN AS HAZEL MEAL
Hazelnut meal has a great texture and lovely earthy nutty flavour. Its used as a wheat and gluten free flour alternative in baking. High in fibre.
HOW TO USE
> Use in place of wheat flour in a range baking and dessert recipes. Makes a yummy orange cake!
> Add to smoothies, porridge and muesli. Can also be used as a tasty topping for pasta and veggie bakes.
> Great in a pie crust for a tangy lemon tart.
Product should last up to 6 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area.
