Eumarrahs High Fibre Muesli mix is rich in both insoluble and soluble fibre. Insoluble fibre keeps you moving and is good for bowel health. Soluble fibre helps regulate cholesterol and works to keep you feeling fuller for longer by slowing digestion. Its deliciously fruity with plump sweet raisins, sultanas, currants, pears, apples and stone fruit, combined with crunchy seeds and coconut. No added sugar or salt.

HOW TO USE

> Start your day the healthy way and enjoy High Fibre Muesli served with your choice of milk, yoghurt or fresh fruit.

> Soak overnight with grated apple or in apple juice (or yoghurt) to make a traditional Bircher muesli.

> Use in baking recipes or to make homemade muesli bars.

Product should last up to 6 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area.
