AN HEIRLOOM WHEAT VARIETY ALSO KNOWN AS KHORASAN

A nutritious heirloom wheat variety related to durum wheat. Contains more protein, minerals and lipids than modern wheat, and is easier to digest with a lower gluten content. It has a distinctive nutty flavour. Wholemeal kamut flour is heartier than white kamut flour, as it retains the bran and germ in the milling process.

HOW TO USE

> Ideal for baking and bread making. It will make a heavier bread, so mixing with another lighter flour or adding gluten will help.

Product should last up to 6 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area.
