Handmade in Tasmania by Komi, this naturally fermented miso paste is aged for three months and made with Australian-grown organic soy beans and koji starter (fermented rice). It's gluten free, vegan and completely free of preservatives and other additives.

Dissolve miso paste in water to make a delicious soup or broth (great for ramen), or use in sauces, stews, marinades, and dips to add a rich, savoury flavour. You can also stir miso paste into pasta or rice dishes to add flavour and a touch of umami.

Keep refrigerated and use within 3 months.
